1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the KudiSwap platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

KudiSwap provides a decentralized, non-custodial interface for managing digital assets on EVM-compatible blockchains. Our services include wallet creation, token swaps (via 1inch), and cross-chain bridging (via Across Protocol).

3. Non-Custodial Nature

KudiSwap is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys or digital assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your recovery phrase and any transactions you authorize. Lost recovery phrases cannot be recovered by KudiSwap.

4. Protocol Fees

KudiSwap charges a 3% protocol fee on all token swaps performed through the interface. This fee is automatically deducted from the input amount and is used to support the development and maintenance of the platform.

5. Risks

The use of decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

• Volatility of digital assets.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Potential for permanent loss of funds.
• Regulatory uncertainty.

You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with using KudiSwap.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use KudiSwap for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or violating any local or international laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

KudiSwap is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including financial losses or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KudiSwap operates.
